چکیده

Abstract Ornamental black mulberry (Morus nigra L.) is used in landscape. which has high shade, tolerates air pollution and wind. White alba proper for kind of soils conditions. Therefore, this research was conducted to investigate the effects stenting methods IBA levels on some characters scions onto white rootstock first time. For purpose, an experiment carried out as factorial completely randomized design with 10 replications. Two factors were including two method (splice omega) three Indole-3-butyric acid (0, 500 1000 mg L-1). Three months after grafting, percentage callus formation, rooting, leaf number longest shoot root formation measured. Results showed that effect significant all evaluated parameters splice superior omega method. Also, different measured traits they are increased by increasing best L-1. The interaction these characteristics except rooting percentage. In conclusion, via had higher success comparison morphological application IBA. plus L-1 time recommended reproduction ornamental mulberry.

Effect of Media and Different Concentrations of IBA on Rooting of ‘Ficus benjamina L.’ Cutting

Ficus benjaminais a very popular and resistant indoor plant in temperate areas. Cutting is the easiest propagation method of this plant and it requires special treatments such as auxin and appropriate rooting medium. In order to test the suitable auxin (IBA) concentration and rooting media, a factorial experiment carried out based on randomized complete block design with three replications. Exp...

Soil fungal community comparison of different mulberry genotypes and the relationship with mulberry fruit sclerotiniosis

Mulberry fruit sclerotiniosis is a common soil-borne disease. We hypothesize that there is a relationship between the incidence of mulberry fruit sclerotiniosis and the soil fungal community. Therefore four mulberry genotypes with different resistance to sclerotiniosis were selected to study their soil fungal community under the same condition. A total of 6 phyla and 93 genera were identified f...

Propagation of Three Cultivars of Rosa hybrida L. through Stenting Method

In the commercial production of roses, introducing a method to reduce the time of propagation with maximum success is crucial. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of different concentrations (0, 1500, 3000, 4500 mg/L) of Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) on propagation of three cultivars of Rosa hybrid L. ('Dolce Vita', 'Samurai' and 'Utopia') by stenting (simultaneous cutting and graf...
